ViewMyLet Refund Policy

ViewMyLet operate a fair trading policy and aim to comply with the E-commerce regulations which came into force in August 2002

1. Setting up an account with ViewMyLet is free. However, before registering, you should satisfy for yourself that you are happy with the service provided by ViewMyLet and have read the following ViewMyLet sections:

a) Terms & Conditions
b) Privacy Policy
c) Pricing

2. Once registered, you can add a property listing to your account and review your website pages before making any payment. Once you are satisfied with your website pages and have read and agreed to the contents of the documents as highlighted in points (a), (b) and (c) in 1. above, and this refund policy, you should proceed to the payment collection page.

Do not make any payment until you are satisfied that you wish to commence your property listing subscription.

3. Payment is required in order to make your property website pages live on the internet. However, you can see exactly what your pages will look like before making any payment.

4. Once a payment is made for a property listing subscription, no refunds can be given if you later decide to cancel your subscription.

5. If during the period of your subscription you are in breach of the ViewMyLet Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy, we reserve the right to suspend your subscription pending investigations. If we subsequently confirm that you are indeed in breach of such policies, your subscription will be cancelled and no refund given.

6. ViewMyLet recognise that there may be exceptional circumstances where a refund in full or in part may be considered but this will be at the discretion of the management.
