The only people who may obtain your contact details are those who obtained them from the information you provide within the ‘contact us’ page on your ViewMyLet website pages, such viewers will have gained access to your website via the ‘viewers passcode’ that you made available.

Our billing process, transacted via RBS WorldPay, is automatic and we may process your personal data as part of the ViewMyLet billing process.

11. Keeping your personal information current

You can access and change any of the personal information that you provided to ViewMyLet via your account login. This section of the website is protected via a username and password.

12. Changes to the ViewMyLet Privacy Policy

If we do change or amend our privacy policy we will notify users via the ViewMyLet website. The Privacy Policy will always be easily accessible online throughout all of the ViewMyLet pages.
